Take a Step for Life with Miss Alyssa

A few years ago I had the opportunity to volunteer for a Crisis Pregnancy Clinic here in town by creating baby gift baskets for the women who decided to allow their babies to live. I served with them for about a year and my best friend served for a few years as their Hot Line Director. Each year our local clinic hosts a very large fund raising banquet to which we attend and give. Abortion is a very serious issue in our world today and we must do all we can to educate young ladies about God's plan for their lives. We will be bringing articles of inspiration and encouragement to those who have been wounded by the abortion lifestyle right here in GGM this coming year.

Our very own Miss Alyssa is participating in a Steps for Life Campaign and has done so since she was 5 years old. Won't you please consider taking a moment to read about what she is doing and even read the info in the link she shares?

Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRC) is a Christian, non-profit organization that offers help and hope to women and teens facing unplanned pregnancy. By helping them meet their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs, PRC enables them to choose life. Everybody whether young or old should stand up against abortion anyway he or she can. Steps for Life , PRC's annual 2 mile walk-a-thon fund raising event, is a great example of how people can help save the lives of innocent babies and encourage one another to choose life. There are three ways you can participate: praying, being a walker, or sponsoring a walker. I have been participating for several years. You can visit my website here. It is for a great cause! Let's work together to save precious lives. Thank you!
