We endearingly call our 'Auntie' Megan, Megarooni and this Macaroni Salad is from her recipe box. She made it for us once and we just had to add it to her box as well!
1 bag of cut macaroni1 can of sliced and halved olives w/ sprinkling of the juice
3 celery stalks chopped
1 C Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
Dijon mustard to taste
Sprinkling of Italian Dressing
Sprinkling of garlic salt
2 minced hard boiled eggs
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl. After you boil and drain the macaroni, add to a large bowl with chopped celery, olives, and eggs. Lightly toss and mix in the dressing mixture. Allow to chill before serving. Great for any summer luncheon or dinner.
