Hello everyone, my name is Jess and I'm 17 years old. I homeschool with my family and enjoy reading, writing devotions, spending time with my friends,and listening to Classical music. I also enjoy posing as a model for my mom's photography business, and playing the piano. My favorite subjects are history, and Bible.


I volunteer in various opportunities in community service from feeding the homeless, community clean-ups, and Toys for Tots. I pray that God will use me to be of help and encouragement to you as I share my struggles and victories with you. God has worked miraculously in my life and I want to be a blessing to others.

I am known as Sisterlisa and my nick name comes from my friends who say that I am more than a friend, I am their Sister. When I trusted Christ as my Savior I became a member of the family of God and as He adopted me into His family, I acquired millions of brothers and sisters in Christ.

I was married to my husband Scott, who is known as Bro. Scott, over 15 years ago. We have four children together and we homeschool our children with Christ as our foundation. Six years ago we had our own All Girls newsletter called 'Looking Forward'. Opening Growing In Grace Ministries is a re-birth of 'Looking Forward' and available on line for you to read in the comfort of your own home.

We are looking forward to being an inspiration to you in your walk with God as you grow in His grace.
